Charlie Morgan began his career with Fred Phillips Consulting in August of 2011 as the Yuma Program Manager. Charlie attended Auburn University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Forestry with emphasis on land management in 2006. Upon graduation he was commissioned as an officer in the United States Marine Corps and served as an infantry officer until May of 2010. After a short stint with the Arizona Department of Agriculture he began working for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service at Cibola National Wildlife Refuge. While working on the refuge his primary responsibilities included waterfowl, deer, bat, marsh bird, small mammal, and other surveys as well as riparian and upland restoration work. Charlie is currently working towards a M. S. in Agriculture and Natural Resource Systems Management.
