Robert J. Wayne
Robert began his career with Fred Phillips Consulting as the Restoration Program Manager for the Yuma office in February 2010.  Robert attended Western Kentucky University where he received his Bachelors degree in economics and geography with a concentration in environmental planning and management.  Robert obtained a Master of Science in environmental science with a concentration in applied ecology from Indiana University.  Robert also received a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in environmental policy and natural resource management.  Throughout his graduate career, Robert worked as a research assistant for the Ameriflux Network in Bloomington, Indiana, studying CO2, water vapor, and energy exchange in the Morgan/Monroe State Forest.  After graduate school, Robert spent time working for Indiana University conducting forest inventory in private forests surrounding Morgan/Monroe  State Forest, which supplemented work conducted by the Ameriflux Network.  Prior to working with Fred Phillips Consulting, Robert worked on: prairie and oak savanna restoration in northern Illinois, pinyon-juniper restoration in the Great Basin of Nevada and habitat restoration for sage grouse, mule deer and elk in northwest Colorado.
