Environmental agency regulations and criteria have stressed the importance of wetlands protection, restoration and vital mitigation.  It is necessary to plan for the orderly development of a site by having a wetland delineation review performed prior to the beginning of the site planning effort.  Failure to take into account the wetland boundaries of the site can lead to project delays, unrealized expectations and costly redesign.  With growing development and evolving regulations, Fred Phillips Consulting, LLC is committed to continuing education and staying consistent with current policies.  Our certified delineators have a thorough understanding of the jurisdictional and wetland types which occur throughout the Southwest.  Diverse resources allow us to work efficiently through all phases of the regulatory process and to communicate effectively with engineers, surveyors, architects and regulators.
